Here are the next steps for paying and picking up your items.

​

To avoid confusion after the auction is finished, these are the steps to make this go easier for you and us better to serve you. 1. Paying for your items. All items be paid through Liveauctioneers. If you have a problem with your purchases, it is your responsibility to call Liveauctioneers to clear up your issue. If you are a dealer, it is your responsibility to register your tax ID with them before bidding. If you are charged tax after the fact, it is your responsibility to clear that up with LIveauctioneers at 1-888-600-2437. 

 

Instructions on picking up your items 

   Please Do Not Just Show Up 

If you choose to pick up the items you won in the auction at our gallery, you MUST have a CONFIRMED appointment, or You Will Not Be Served. A confirmed appointment means you have spoken with one of our associates and scheduled a pick-up time and date. Please carefully read and follow these instructions so we can serve you in an organized fashion and have your wonderful wins ready for you at the time of your pick-up. Our location is 4701 West Schroeder Drive, Suite 115, Brown Deer, Wisconsin 53218 

1. We will be closed to the public on Friday October 24th as we start to organize and schedule pickups. Please contact us at 262-665-8555 between 10 am and 4 pm.  

1. Pick-ups begin on Monday October 27th from 10am to 4:30pm. Pick- ups can be scheduled during business hours, Mondays through Fridays, 10 am to 4:30 pm. 

2. If you don’t get through, please leave a detailed message, including your name and return phone number and we will call you back to schedule with you.  We are anticipating high phone volume as this is a large auction with almost 2000 active bidders.
