conditions, All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 15 days after the auction, items not
removed after 15 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge up to 30 days. After 30 days the
item(s) can be re-sold at the descretion of Cedarburg Auction and Estate Sales LLC.

Cedarburg Auction has been hired to liquidate the art and antique
collection of Mr. & Mrs. Stevens of Glendale, Wisconsin. Mr. Stevens
was an advertising executive for many major publications and knew all
the prominent players in the art world from the 1950-1970's. Mr.
Stevens amassed a varied and interesting art collection to include an
early work by Pat Passlof, several works by Harold Altman, and more
by other artists including: Karel Appel, Robert Burkhart, Francesco J.
Spicuzza, Robert Sargent, Noboru Tsurutani , and more. Not to
mention a wonderful selection of mid-century modern, antique, and
period furniture from New England and New York, along with a vast
and stunning jewelry collection to include: an Effy designed Princess
Diana sapphire & diamond ring; a LeVian tanzanite & diamond ring; a
natural emerald and diamond ring; a champagne diamond bangle
bracelet with matching ring; and more.

Pat Passlof original oil on canvas entitled  "Springs" (36" x 33"), signed on lower left Passlof 59. This rare example
of her early work was displayed at an art show at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and purchased through the
Forrest Gallery in 1973 through the Stevens Family to auction. Ms. Passlof was long considered among the
foremost "second generation" of Abstract Expressionist painters. She studied under Willem de Kooning and
received her degree from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in 1952. Her husband, Milton Resnick, also influenced her
